Hi! My name is Amber! I am SO excited to offer this eight-week course on handstands. I have combined my unique experience from being a personal trainer and hand-balancer and have designed the perfect course to teach YOU how to ROCK YOUR HANDSTAND!

This course includes eight weeks of programming and four weeks of live coaching. I have programmed this course with the same exercises and stretches that I used to get to where I am today. I will teach you, through very specific drills, the fundamentals of handstands including body alignment, shoulder angles, balancing tips, different shapes, and more! I will strengthen and lengthen your body through my exercise & flexibility program. You will also get access to my private FB group where you can get support and share your progress with others who are taking this course.

This course is for ALL LEVELS so if you’ve never done a handstand, NOW IS THE TIME! I will get you into a handstand! If you can handstand against a wall but dream of holding a free-standing handstand, I will teach you the drills and skills to get you there! This course takes all of the guess work out of handstands so you can get there faster!

Who is Upside-Down Ambo?

I'm a certified personal trainer, adult gymnast, and hand-balancer. Most people think I'm naturally flexible and was always able to do handstands and flips. The truth is, I started from the ground up at age 31. I never had the splits and couldn't do a lot of the tricks that I can do today. I definitely could not hold a handstand longer than a couple seconds and you know I had a banana back!


I hope that I inspire others to keep chasing their dreams no matter their age or place in life. I LOVE helping people reach their health and fitness goals because I know that it brings a lot of happiness to your life when you are working toward goals and reaching them! I'd love to help you reach your handstand goals!
